The museum was founded in 2006 thanks to two local women – Marie Perutková and Zdislava Kuřinová.

The museum is temporarily located in the building of local nursery school, until a more suitable place will be found. Despite its temporarily location, the museum is quite large.

It is dedicated to presentation of life in the village in the past centuries. In the museum you find for example more than 30 vintage sewing machines, a collection of old buttons and parts of clothing, antique furniture, time-honored kitchen utensils and much more.

Part of the exhibition is also dedicated to natives with art talent and their work.  

 

The museum is open every Sunday from 15:00 till 17:00. Otherwise it’s accessible on call.
